Bud,

I can't thank you enough for the fine job that you did taking Jessica's pictures during the Penn Relays.

I actually got to watch the race and now have these beautiful photos to remember it by.

Jessica will not believe them when she sees them.

Now for the story:

Friday morning at the 2007 Penn Relays....everything stopped due to heavy rain, thunder and lightning....TOTAL chaos on the track and in the stands....the races are about to begin and we are grabbing seats at the rail for the girls 4X100......water everywhere....track, seats, clothes.....I'm searching for my camera and see you sitting next to me with very professional type of equipment and about ready to shoot.

I don't know who you are but I ask if you could please take pictures of lane seven and that I would be happy to pay you for doing so, you said that you would. The race starts and I get to see the whole race and also get to scream to Jessica as she is running by. All the time you are doing your thing.

After the race is over you show me the pictures that you took, ALL OF THEM. The first thing I think of is that this guy doesn't even know who I am. I know that I was sincere in saying that I would be happy to pay for the pictures if you took them, but could not believe the job that you did with literally 10 seconds notice prior to the start of the race.

I am just about ready to give you my name and address and you hand me your card and explain that you take pictures of teams in the state of Delaware. That was the first that I knew that you were a professional photographer.

Bud, You did this without even knowing me,and you did a great job at capturing the moment.

You are a great photographer but even more , you are a professional in every sense of the word, Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I just wanted to thank you one last time for all the GREAT pictures of LJ through the season. I love pictures and have a hard time really getting the best shots. I don't have to worry about that with you around. I appreciate how quickly you got them to me. The video at the banquet was AWESOME. The music and layout was great. Dear Bud,

We treasure the pictures you took of our son, Brian, last year at the Salesianum Invitational. Brian told me the other day that his favorite running photo is the close up you took of him running at Salesianum. You can see his determination and perseverance to finish the race. Your photos definitely capture moments and feelings that both parents and athletes are ill equipped to describe. A picture is truly worth a 1000 words!!

Bud, hey it's me Cyndi! I couldn't sleep tonight so when I got up, I decided to see if the pictures were up yet. To my surprise they were!! What a nice surprise at 2:00 a.m. Now I'll never get back to sleep because I can't stop looking at these beautiful photos. You captured everything wonderfully!!! I am going to have the hardest time

I can't tell you how grateful we are that you took so many great photos of Matt during the season. I was just on your website looking at the photos from the Mid Atlantic basketball championships. They are all fantastic! You are so talented. You really know how to capture the moment.

I will be placing an order this week for all the photos we want. We have been so fortunate to have you as our school photographer over the last couple of years. I personally am grateful because I would never be able to capture the memories from the season like you do. Thank you so much!
